Best Restaurant in Murray Hill

by

In Murray Hill’s desert of fist-pumping sports bars and non-distinct bistros, Resto is a relaxed oasis of refined meat-centric cuisine. The seven-year-old Belgian gastropub is a destination for buttery lamb ribs and crispy frites with sauces like lime pickle and French gribiche. The best play here is to get a few friends together and book one of the large-format nose-to-tail feasts; this is one of Manhattan’s most decadent meals. The food is best paired to something from the Belgian beer list, but if that’s too expensive — or if beer’s not your thing — go for one of the cocktails on draft, like the strawberry daiquiri with lime and rum.
