Need somewhere to wind down (read: sober up) after all that Halloween partying? Nitehawk is here for you with a comfortable, non-judgmental dark room. Tonight you can end — or start — your holiday at A Nite to Dimember, the annual all-night horror-movie marathon that continues until the sun rises. This year’s theme is sequels, and kicking things off is Evil Dead 2, Sam Raimi’s slapsticky reboot in which Bruce Campbell gets attacked by his own hand, followed by the genre’s original follow-up, James Whale’s Bride of Frankenstein. Next it’s back to camp Crystal Lake for Friday the 13th: Part 2, then on to some Hammer horror with Dracula: Prince of Darkness. If you make it through to dawn, enjoy the endemically ’80s Return of the Living Dead over breakfast.
