In just two days, you could be boarding a boat to sip spirits all night long: Our second annual Holiday Spirits tasting event is upon us, and we have some final details to share.
First off, here’s the final lineup: Art in the Age Craft Spirits, Asahi Beer, Atsby Vermouth, Barefoot Wine & Bubbly, Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur, Breuckelen Distilling, Brooklyn Gin, Brooklyn Winery, Caledonia Spirits, Catskill Distilling Company, Cooperstown Distillery, Death’s Door Spirits, Dulce Vida Organic Tequila, Dutch’s Spirits, Greenhook Ginsmiths, Nahmias et Fils, Owney’s Rum, OYO Vodka, Scorpion Mezcal, Slow & Low Rock and Rye, Sorel Artisanal Liqueur, Suerte Tequila, Tanteo Tequila, Tuthilltown Spirits, Van Brunt Stillhouse, White Pike Whiskey, and Woody Creek Distillers.
We’ve also added three more producers, Blat Vodka, Tito’s Vodka, and Rums of Puerto Rico, which will be pouring a cocktail on the Mid Deck and celebrating the kickoff of its 450 Years of Party campaign.
This year’s event takes place aboard the Hornblower Infinity Cruise Ship, which will be anchored at Pier 40 at West Houston Street at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 20. It’ll set sail at 7:30 for an hour-long harbor cruise, and the party goes until 9.
We still have general admission tickets ($50) available, and will have a limited number of tickets waiting at the door. Your fare includes unlimited sampling from all distilleries, a souvenir tasting glass, live music, complimentary hors d’oeuvres, and the cruise.
Each level of the ship will feature live entertainment; look for sets from the jazz quartet the Blue Vipers of Brooklyn and local New York City DJ Tim Martell.
