The Village Voice’s 9th Annual Choice Eats Event is set to take place on March 11 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Metropolitan Pavilion (125 West 18th Street). Today, another round of restaurants confirm they’ll be on hand to offer up tastes: Ample Hills Creamery, Calle Dão, Doughnut Plant, Egg, El Quinto Pino, Emmy Squared, Genuine Superette, ilili Restaurant, Robicelli’s, Victory Garden, and Xe May Sandwich Shop.
The previously announced participants are Awadh, Broken Spoke Rotisserie, Fletcher’s Brooklyn Barbecue, Fonda, the Handpulled Noodle, Kuma Inn, Le Fond, Luke’s Lobster, Mable’s Smokehouse, the Meatball Shop, Meat Hook Sandwich Shop, No. 7 Veggie, Queens Comfort, Raclette, Socarrat Paella Bar, StreetsBK, Swine, and Veselka Restaurant.
The event will feature more than 50 handpicked restaurants, representing the cuisines of over 35 nations, highlighting the hidden gems of New York City’s diverse culinary landscape. Be sure to check back soon as we add more to the list.
Choice Eats is now accepting volunteer applications to assist the Voice team on-site at the event. All volunteers will receive a free general-admission ticket to the next Village Voice food event. To apply, you must be 21 or older and fill out an application.
