Three Cheers for the First Round of 2016 Brooklyn Pour Breweries

by

Join the Village Voice for some quality day drinking at the sixth annual Brooklyn Pour on Saturday, September 24.

Sip on suds from over a hundred breweries at Greenpoint’s Brooklyn Expo Center at New York’s premier craft beer festival. Which breweries? We’ve got an advance look at some of the beer makers that’ll be showing off their goods (see below!), and we’ll release more brewery names as we get closer to the event.

Tickets are on sale now — and they’re sure to sell out again this year — so get yours soon.

Without further ado, here are just a few of the breweries you’ll be able to try out at this year’s beer extravaganza:

  • Asahi Beer
  • AVAL Cidre Artisanal
  • Black Hog Brewing Co.
  • Brooklyn Brew Shop
  • Brooklyn Brewery
  • Coney Island Brewing Company
  • Delirium Tremens
  • Dogfish Head Brewery
  • Downeast Cider House
  • Flagship Brewing Company
  • Lagunitas Brewing Company
  • Long Trail Brewery
  • Lost Nation Brewing
  • Narragansett Brewing Company
  • Original Sin Cider
  • Otter Creek Brewery
  • Rockaway Brewing Company
  • Root Sellers Brewing Inc.
  • Singha Beer
  • Sixpoint Brewery
  • Smuttynose Brewing Company
  • Southern Tier Brewing Company
  • SpikedSeltzer

Want to get the full experience at next year’s Village Voice Choice Eats event — without dishing out any dough? You’re in luck. This year, you’ll be able to join the Brooklyn Pour volunteer crew in the fall and, come spring, you’ll get to nosh on all the Choice Eats goods without worrying about getting tickets before they sell out. (Trust us, they will.) Find out more information about volunteering at Brooklyn Pour here.
