Family First Life USA (FFL USA), is an independent marketing organization and sub-branch of Family First Life, which is one of the largest IMOs nationwide. Their purpose is to help their clients find the right life insurance to protect their families. In April 2021 alone, the company provided its services to more than 3,900 families. The team is also expecting to make a sales revenue of over $175 million by the end of the year.
All of this started with Andrew Taylor, 31, the founder of FFL USA. His journey to make a name for himself in the insurance industry wasn’t smooth from the start. He had to go through many challenges and persevere to make it to the top. He began as a supermarket grocery bagger when he was just 18 years old and going through college. He had big dreams and ambitions but was stuck in his routine. Little did he know that there would come a day when his life would change forever.
While working at the supermarket, a client handed him a book to read. It was “Rich Dad Poor Dad” written by Robert Kiyosaki who speaks about financial literacy and independence through investing. After reading the book, Andrew started looking at life from a different perspective, and he found the drive and motivation to change his future.
Also, around the same time, a high school friend introduced him to the insurance industry. He could immediately see how the industry could help him achieve financial freedom. He realized that as a college student who worked as a grocery bagger, being an insurance agent would be a step in the right direction to achieve his goal. Andrew didn’t have much to lose and took the leap.
Andrew Taylor knew that if he failed as an insurance agent it would mean he would probably have to return to his old job bagging groceries or return to college and accumulate debt that would have set him back a decade from his goal of financial freedom. This realization motivated Andrew to keep going, even when he encountered a lot of difficult situations in the insurance industry. Eventually, he found his knack for selling and dedicated himself to becoming really good at it.
Andrew also had the desire to be successful and help others in their journey. This pushed him to keep going despite the many setbacks he faced. He persevered and pushed himself to overcome challenges in a very competitive industry. All of his efforts paid off and he was soon able to establish himself as a top personal producer.
At the age of 18, he sold over $100K in insurance. Throughout his total time in the insurance industry, Taylor personally sold over $2.5 million worth of insurance. This year, he has guided more than 500 agents to make over $100K on their own. He also holds the title of being the youngest partner of Integrity Marketing Group, the largest distributor of life and health insurance products nationwide.
It is Andrew’s ongoing mission to help others achieve success in the insurance industry. In his over 12 years of experience in the industry, he has guided thousands of agents to help them find their own success..
