Upstate bedroom electronic producer Seth Haley’s debut EP sounded as if dude had swiped his keyboard patches from Boards Of Canada but learned absolutely nothing from that duo’s self-restraint. His new album is a big step forward—he’s still antsy and often insists on weaving in a third counter-melody where there should probably be a pause or a rest, but it’s fun to take in his taste for dramatic flair.
