The monsoons that hit All Points West this year may have diminished the numbers visiting the Twix “misting tent,” and lowered the population sitting on the “VIP Bleachers” to a scant zero, but the lineup was still incredible, and our own water-logged Rebecca Smeyne was there to capture the muddy, bummed-out crowds, and the indie stars (and Jay-Z) who they’d come to see.
