Actor/singer Marty Thomas has filed court papers as a result of someone Twittering that an Avenue Q cast member gave him crabs.
Maybe Thomas should have dropped the whole thing, since a puppet can’t give you crabs!
Besides, this has been picked up as a big story by a lot of the media, and now way more people have heard the crabs story than originally, especially since the offending Twitterer only has 100 followers.
But the story — if not the crabs — have been thrust in Marty’s face, he says, and he wants to clear things up so it won’t hurt his career further.
That’s fine. I just want to clear up my case of crabs!
