Apple growers in Clinton County tell Fresh Plaza, vendors of “Global Fresh Produce and Banana News,” that this year’s crop is “better than last year… Apples are a good size and they are plentiful.” Western New York growers lost much of their crops to hail, though, so don’t expect a price break.
