It’s becoming increasingly common for OnlyFans or TikTok stars to stage fake arrests for publicity, but in one case the “arresting officer” went too far.
Sean Herman was a police officer in Nashville when he agreed to participate in a scandalous X-rated skit by local OnlyFans star Jordin last year. In the skit, Jordin is “pulled over” by the police officer. The OnlyFans star then exposed her breast and seemed to invite the officer to grope her so she could avoid a ticket. Herman did grab her breast and she seemed to grab his crotch.
While Herman’s face cannot be seen in the video, part of his arm was briefly visible and viewers were able to see his police patch, which revealed he worked for the Nashville police department. And after an investigation, it was determined that the video was created in a warehouse parking lot on April 26 — the thirty-five-year-old was on duty as a patrol officer at the time of filming.
Herman was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department after the investigation was concluded, but it didn’t end there. He was later arrested and charged with two counts of official misconduct.
He recently pleaded no contest to the charges, and was sentenced to a year of supervised probation under a plea bargain. He was granted judicial diversion — in other words, as long as he completes his probation as ordered, his case may be dismissed and the charges cleared from his record. However, Herman was indefinitely suspended from his certification to be a law enforcement officer in Tennessee.
The Nashville police department issued a statement about the incident: “That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and, by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency.”
When Jordin was asked about the video, she explained that it wasn’t shot for her content on OnlyFans. It was meant only for promotional purposes to share on social media to drive traffic to her OnlyFans account. She also shared that she did not know Herman before the video. He only participated after responding to a Reddit post about potentially filming a full video with Jordin sometime.
She claims that he was not on duty at the time, and the video was filmed before his shift started.
But Jordin also tried to stay out of the conversation after Herman lost his job and faced charges for the interaction. While she is no longer in communication with him, she did remove the video after everything came to light.
She doesn’t seem to regret it, though. Jordan reported that her subscriber numbers went through the roof after all the publicity from the incident – and she blames local media for it.
“I’m under the impression that the local media turned it into the department. I do believe that it was from my Twitter. The video was sitting at 2 million views at that point and had been retweeted 5,500 times, so it’s safe to assume that was the culprit,” she said.
