Germany’s Soul Kitchen Debuts in Theaters Next Week

Soul Kitchen premiered in New York at the Tribeca Film Fest earlier this year, and it’s now starting its run in theaters. The film is a madcap comedy about a Hamburg restaurateur whose eatery becomes a success only when he tries to sell it and lets anarchy break out in the kitchen and dining room. It will be screened at both the IFC Center and Lincoln Plaza starting August 20.
