Eater brings word that Kurt Gutenbrunner, the illustrious Austrian behind Cafe Sabarsky, Wallse, Blaue Gans, and the Upholstery Store, will be in charge of the food program at the beer garden attached to the Standard Hotel. Details of the menu are not yet forthcoming, but it does at least seem certain that its guest rooms won’t be the only places where sausage will be freely displayed at the Standard.
