The drink: Maison Martini

The ingredients: Finlandia Lime, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau

The buzz: The drink has the vibe of lightly sweetened lime tart, but without creamy liqueurs that would make it too rich or candy-like. More fruity than sugary, the brasserie’s version of the martini has a floral, citrusy punch, and feels tart and puckery without being too sour. For a part of town that’s somewhat of a cocktail wasteland, the bistro’s beverage makes for a great substitute for tired, syrupy Cosmos — and might be one of the better things on the menu.
