Nom Wah Tea Parlour will Open Pop Up; Hardware Bar Opens in Chelsea

Nom Wah Tea Parlour, a 100-year-old staple in Chinatown dim sum, announced today that it will open up a collaboration with Openhouse. They’ll hold pop up brunches and dinners starting next year. But according to Grub Street, a cafe will be open before Christmas. 168 Bowery
