Last year, Nathan Williams seemed to be veering into Lindsay Lohan territory as his drug problems sidelined his music career and so-called ‘fans’ were going to subsequent shows only to see if this indie-rock wünderkind would make it to the encore. But now Williams has found a new group in the form of Jay Reatard’s rhythm section and is ready to launch album No. 3—so hopefully, he’s got a brighter future than his diva counterparts.
