Having tackled beer, cheese, chocolate, and tacos, the organizers of the Brooklyn Food Experiments are now shifting their attention to a more bourgeois affair: They’ve just announced the Brooklyn Brunch Experiment, which will take place on March 28 at the Bell House. Appropriately, March 28 is a Sunday, and even more appropriately, the event will be held from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., prime brunch hours even in Gowanus.
