Don’t even say, “Jack and Jill,” because the Adam Sandler drag vehicle happened to have gotten 4 percent good reviews, according to Rotten Tomatoes.
And it’s not Taylor Lautner’s‘s solo outing Abduction, either. That scored the same whopping rate of approval! Four whopping percent!
]
But if you take that same title and add a few words, you’ve got The Abduction of Zack Butterfield, which got ZERO good reviews.
The Abduction of … what?
Well, here’s the description:
“A new indie psychological thriller in which a beautiful but disturbed young woman returns from combat as an American mercenary in Iraq and abducts a 14-year-old boy, holding him prisoner in her isolated country house as a bizarre romantic relationship develops. Brett Helsham and TJ Plunkett star.”
Say no more! This is clearly the worst anything of the year!
Said The New York Times:
“A cringingly awkward tale of sexual predation and female lunacy.”
So sorry, Mr. Sandler.
You’re robbed of an honor once again.
