Brooklyn hearts are hurting for the people of Japan. To help repair the devastation caused by the Japanese tsunami, the Bell House is teaming up with other Brooklyn businesses for BKLYN Hearts Japan, a night of music and comedy with all proceeds going to disaster relief. Comedians include Wyatt Cenac (The Daily Show), Kristen Schaal (Flight of the Conchords), and Arden Myrin (MADtv), with music by singer-songwriter Mike Doughty (Soul Coughing) and the all-female Japanese rock quartet the Hard Nips, among others. Join the silent auction to win amazing prices, including hundreds of dollars in gift certificates to Brooklyn restaurants, tickets to Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live! With Andy Cohen, a signed Les Savy Fav skateboard from French Kiss Records, and autographed copies of Stephen Colbert’s I Am America and Steve Martin’s An Object of Beauty.
