Now that December has come and gone, you’re probably looking to save some dough. Holiday shopping is expensive, and it’s not like you could show up to that New Year’s Eve party in any old outfit. So in the spirit of starting off 2012 frugally, tomorrow I’ll be listing my 10 favorite $10-and-under dishes and snacks from the past year. Let’s make penny-pinching cool in 2012.
