The Vendy Award Finalists have been announced. We’ve got the Dosa Man of Washington Square, of course, Super Tacos from the Upper West Side, Kwik Meal from midtown, Veronica’s Kitchen — West Indian from the Financial District, and King Falafel & Schwarma from Astoria.
The winner will be named on September 29 at a fun event in Tompkins Square Park. In the meantime, we will visit them all in their natural habitats and report back.
