Poor Jimmy Justice. He’s out doing the people’s business, filming traffic cops breaking traffic laws on city streets, and one of them comes out and hassles him for it, calling a squad car to terminate his documentary activities. The encounter is preserved for posterity in the first few minutes of this video; further in, you can see him fighting with off-duty officers over their illegal parking outside a union meeting.
