Michael Psilakis Out at Anthos; Thomas Ferlesch Leaves Fort Greene for the Bright Lights of Manhattan


Michael Psilakis, who has been spotted sniffing out a new space in Williamsburg, has announced his departure from Anthos, his restaurant with partner Donatella Arpaia. She has reportedly bought him out.

Ferlesch, the chef-owner of Austrian bistro Thomas Beisl in Fort Greene, is looking for someone to take over the lease on the place as he prepares to start working with a restaurant group opening an ambitious new venture in Manhattan.
