‘Girls & Boys Presents Glass Candy+Chromatics’

Portland’s Glass Candy play electropop that’s both downtempo and danceable–a perfect match for the recurring Girls & Boys electro party. Appearing with them are Chromatics, a Seattle band who plays high-caliber-yet-subtle dance floor-oriented art rock; Canadian synth-toting new-wave descendants Desire’ and Mike Simonetti, the indie-disco keyboard rocker who owns the record label Troubleman Unlimited. Simonetti cofounded the imprint, Italians Do It Better, that all of tonight’s bands are on.
