M. Wells isn’t quite ready to reopen just yet, but if you’ve been missing Hugue Dufour’s kooky cooking as much as we have, here’s some good news: He and wife Sarah Obraitis will be manning the All-Clad Food Truck in Long Island City this Sunday, September 25, from 1 to 3 p.m.
According to Mouthing Off, the truck will be parked at Center Boulevard, near 48th Avenue. Part of the All-Clad Chefs Tour, it will serve M. Wells’ celebrated sautéed veal brains … for free. So, yeah, it’s sure to be mobbed. But, if you were a patron of the diner, you were already used to that.
