This weekend, the Knockdown Center in Queens hosted a three-night run of the immersive theater performance Authority Figure. Directed by Sarah Kinlaw and Monica Mirabile, the show conducted a psychological experiment through choreography. Choreographers included Sigrid Lauren, India Salvor Menuez, Juri Onuki, Colin Self, Richard Kennedy, and Tara-Jo Lewis; meanwhile, original music was provided by artists like Dev Hynes, Dan Deacon, UMFANG, SOPHIE, and more.
