If you’d walked out into the Coney Island streets yesterday without checking the calendar (or, ahem the Village Voice events page), you might’ve thought you were hallucinating. All these people, they’re nearly naked. And blue! But, nah, a man from San Fran didn’t slip some microdot in your morning Joe. It was just the annual revelry know as the Mermaid Parade.
