Dr. Parshad Dhaduk: Building Brighter Smiles and Better Futures

Dr. Parshad Dhaduk believes that dentistry should be about more than just fixing teeth. It should also be about fixing a system that guarantees everyone has access to quality care.

For Dr. Dhaduk, a dentist and public health innovator, dentistry involves using advanced technologies while maintaining a commitment to public service, and he has dedicated himself to building a practice where high-quality care is affordable and can make underserved communities stronger.

Business and Compassion

Dr. Dhaduk embraces the idea that business success and genuine kindness are not mutually exclusive. He’s a clinician who combines his surgical skill with a special, patient-focused vision. He is among a select group of general dentists nationwide to complete the rigorous 400-hour AAID Implant Program and full IV sedation training that lets him perform advanced procedures like implants, grafting, and complex reconstructions.

As the Managing Director, Fleetwood Family Dental Care, and the Managing Director, West Market Family Dental Care, as well as maintaining his position at the Shivlal Hamirji Hospital in India, he is deeply interested in dental practice growth and management. He has built a dental practice model that makes quality care accessible and affordable for everyone, not just those who can afford high-end procedures.

From Local to Global

In India, Dr. Dhaduk witnessed firsthand how a lack of dental care could affect a person’s dignity and quality of life. The experience showed him that dentistry could be used as a tool for social change. He went on to pursue a global education and earned a BDS in India, a Master’s in Public Health in the United States, and a DDS from New York University. His extensive education exposed him not just to clinical procedures but also to the broader healthcare system.

Today, with his dental practice leadership in Pennsylvania, Dr. Dhaduk has guided his clinics to significantly increase their revenue, and both have outperformed regional and national averages. He has made better oral health access for underserved communities possible and introduced complex surgical procedures, such as advanced implant dentistry, to his patients, procedures that are typically only available from specialists. Together, his clinics now log over 6,000 patient visits annually, outperforming regional averages.

Tackling the Big Challenges

As a U.S. dentist improving access to care, Dr. Dhaduk wants to eliminate the gap between private practice and the health of his wider community. He aims to represent healthcare entrepreneurship in dentistry while also addressing the systemic problems in dentistry.

Outside of his clinics, Dr. Dhaduk writes peer-reviewed studies on oral health behaviors and presents them at international conferences. Through his work, he wants to help others understand that dentistry is a societal responsibility that can strengthen public well-being.

A Vision for the Future

Dr. Dhaduk’s journey from a desire to make a difference to a position of leadership in modern dentistry shows that a well-run practice can still address social responsibilities. His advice to aspiring leaders is simple: Make a real difference rather than chasing fame, and build lasting institutions instead of just personal influence.

For the future, Dr. Dhaduk plans to create a network of nonprofit dental centers in underserved areas across the United States that would provide affordable, high-quality care. Additionally, he plans to expand his successful clinical model and incorporate electronic health systems, outreach programs, and AI-assisted diagnostics while he mentors future community-focused dentists.

“Dentistry, for me, is not a business to be scaled,” he explains. “It is a movement to be sustained, a quiet revolution in which every patient encounter reaffirms the nobility of care itself.”
