Although Eddie Huang has been relatively quiet since the sudden demise of Xiao Ye, he’s managed to keep himself busy. Among other things, he’s plotting a move to Brooklyn — at least for two nights in February.
Huang writes in to say that he’ll be in the kitchen at Fort Greene’s No. 7 on February 2 and 3 to cook dinner in celebration of Chinese New Year. He and Tyler Kord will prepare a $65 three-course, family-style meal that includes beer and wine (though, sadly, no Four Loko), and will be served at three seatings each night. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant; the menu, replete with promises of “Dericious” noodles and Shanghai duck, follows after the jump.
