Ovation generally shows a lot of documentaries about creative artist types, which is a huge notch above reality shows and absolutely fine with me.
But lately, every time I click on it, they’re airing one of my all-time favorite camp movies.
Mahogany!
Sparkle!
Gypsy!
Mommie Dearest!
A Chorus Line!

Could this thing get any more up my alley in a certain part of town?
They even show Brokeback Mountain!
This channel has clearly become Logo meets TCM, and obviously I’m the guest programmer and I don’t even know it.
And I am not complaining.
Like Mahog herself, Ovation is a winner, baby.
