Lily Philips Opts for BBL Over Leg Day

Lily Phillips is an OnlyFans star known for “borrowing” ideas from fellow OnlyFans creators like Bonnie Blue and Tiffany Wisconsin, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that she’s sought out trending cosmetic procedures. The 23-year-old recently discussed her dislike of exercise and weight-lifting and why she chose to go under the knife.

In a vlog-style video with fitness YouTuber Vince Iannone, the blonde British bombshell revealed that she recently had surgery for a “small BBL” because she doesn’t like to work out.

“I don’t like to, like, lift weights. It’s too much,” she said.

Going to the gym is too much for Phillips, but going under anesthesia seems to be a breeze for her. This “small BBL” isn’t her first surgery to improve her appearance. It’s barely in the top 5, at least of the procedures that she’s openly admitted to.

One of the first surgeries she ever had was a labiaplasty. She explained that she chose to spend £5,000 on the procedure to make her labia more symmetrical. Before the surgery, Phillips complained that one labia “much longer” than the other and it made wearing underwear uncomfortable. But she also agreed that the decision was as much for aesthetics as comfort.

“In comparison to what I’d seen online and what I’d seen in porn, my vagina wasn’t the norm,” she said of the decision.

She insisted that none of her previous boyfriends or partners had noticed the asymmetry, but that she’d seen a lot of mean comments about women with similar concerns that suggested the condition meant a woman had a “wide vagina” or had been “f**ked more.”

Those claims are obviously false, but they represent the worries that many women face — and not just those in the sex industry. According to a Refinery29 survey, 50% of women surveyed said they had concerns about the appearance of their genitalia, and 64% of them worried about size while 60% were concerned about shape.

Phillips spoke out about those kinds of comments, stating: “Comments like that are absolutely awful. So I was happy that I got labiaplasty done, it’s made me so much more confident.”

While it may have made her more confident, the norms that led to it continue to make other women question their own shape and size. It was what Phillips saw on screen that partially led her to choose that as her first surgery, and now she is what many other women will see and judge themselves against.

Phillips conceded this idea, saying: “I didn’t think when I got it done that I was going to be so much in the porn industry and have an effect on girls watching it. It’s quite hard because I might be adding to some girl’s insecurity, but I’m definitely very open that I’ve had it done. I never set out to be some kind of influencer or change the way girls think about themselves… I am an individual, and I’m just kind of doing what makes me happy.”

That being said, Phillips has gone on record on TikTok that she didn’t want to recommend people get surgery, but that for her it was “worth it”.

“In sex work the money is good but it does affect every aspect of your life. It’s hard with your body image and the way you look because what I earn is tied to how I look. If I had bigger boobs would I earn more money? And when you have more money it brings the question of “do I get plastic surgery? Do I risk my life to get a BBL just so I might have more fans? It’s a constant mind battle with yourself and your appearance.”

It seems that Phillips seems to think it’s worth the risk. Other than the small BBL and the labiaplasty, she’s also admitted to liposuction and chin implants — plus she recently went through laser scar removal to try to remove the scars from her liposuction. All that and she’s only 23-years-old. But you have to give her credit. At least she is upfront about the work instead of pretending it all comes naturally.
