has an inherent prejudice. He has a bias.
He supports the NYPD no matter what, for
instance.

Should famous people be excluded from jury duty? No one should be excluded except for people who are sociopaths or felons.

Who would not make a good juror? Strom Thurmond, that senator from down South. I wouldn’t trust him.

Who would you like to judge you? Bill Cosby.
He’s smart and seems fair, especially in the
situation with the person who killed his son.

Do you think Giuliani will be fair? I would like
to think Giuliani would be an impartial person, but referring to his complete bias as mayor,
I don’t think so. It doesn’t ever seem like he
considers other issues wholly.

Of course not.

Who would not make a good juror? Anyone who blatantly subscribes to any political party.

Who would you like to judge you? Warren Beatty. I’m into the fact that he might be running
for president. The job of the politician is to
represent the people’s view. And I think that’s what he’s trying to do.

of the individual suing? If the individual were nonwhite, Giuliani may not be as impartial.

Should famous people be excluded from jury duty? Yeah, maybe. Being a celebrity has a lot of
effect on the situation.

Who would not make a good juror? O.J. Simpson.

Who would you like to judge you? I wouldn’t want any celebrity to judge me.

Do you think Giuliani will be fair? With what he does in the general scheme of things with New
York, is he fair? I don’t think so. He’s targeted minorities and made the rich richer.

Should famous people be excluded from jury duty? Celebrities, in general, could be disruptive.
But everyone should do it or do some other
social work.

Who would not make a good juror? Jerry Falwell.

Who would you like to judge you? It’d be nice
to have Noam Chomsky, Chuck D, and the Dalai Lama on one panel. That would be an event.

Do you think Giuliani will be fair? I feel he’s going to do a fair job. He’s the mayor and he knows the law. I’m not a fan of his, but he’ll be fair.

Who would you like to judge you? I don’t like judging people. But if I had to pick, maybe Henry Stern, the parks commissioner. I like what he’s done with the parks.

Should famous people be excluded from jury duty? Everybody should do it. If I were called up, I’d do it.

Who would not make a good juror? Howard Stern. I think he’d go the opposite of everyone else.

Do you think Giuliani will be fair? I’d say yeah. I’ve been a juror myself. You’re supposed to look at the facts. Your opinion shouldn’t matter.

Who would you like to judge you? The Lord almighty God. Especially if I were guilty. He’d have mercy.
