Miami Cannibal Victim: (Alleged) Photos Of His (Missing) Face Will Haunt Your Dreams *NSFW*

If you ever want to smile again/don’t want to throw up, we advise that you stop reading right now — the alleged photos of the face (or lack thereof) of the victim of a Miami cannibal’s vicious attack have hit the web, and they are, without question, one of the more disturbing things you will ever see.

It’s unclear whether the photos are real — believe it or not, you can’t believe everything you find on the Internet. But if they are, this guy is lucky to be alive after suspected cannibal Rudy Eugene chewed on his face before getting fatally shot by police on Saturday.

The horrifying images seem to match a description given by a Miami Herald reporter who has seen the photos, and describes victim Ronald Poppo’s face as follows: “Much of the face was gone, the skin ripped away, the nose bitten and the eyes gouged. What remained was his goatee and little else.”
