Miami-based model Sophie Rain has built a multimillion-dollar empire — reportedly worth more than $80 million — and says her success means she won’t settle when it comes to love.
Calling herself “the world’s most unachievable woman,” the 20-year-old insists she expects more than the “bare minimum” from potential partners. “I’m not high-maintenance, I just refuse to settle for any less than I deserve,” Rain told Jam Press.
Contrary to assumptions, Rain says she isn’t seeking a billionaire boyfriend. “People think because I’m successful, I must want some billionaire. But I actually don’t care about that—I’m doing well enough on my own,” she explained.
Her dating checklist prioritizes values over wealth or status, focusing on honesty, ambition, loyalty, and a good sense of humor. She also makes it clear that insecurity is a dealbreaker, especially given the nature of her online career.
“I need someone confident enough to know that me being online doesn’t threaten what we have,” Rain said. “I’d love to meet someone who doesn’t even know what I do for a living and just gets to know me for me.”
In a now-viral clip from the Baginin’ Out podcast featuring Jacob Sartorius, Aishah Sofey Alina, Ava, and Summer Iris, Sophie Rain casually dropped that she raked in about $43 million in 2024—adding with a laugh that she got “taxed out [her] a**” and that it’s always “next year.”
When NBA star Michael Porter Jr. called fans out for subscribing to her page, to the point she earns as much as a basketball star, Rain fired back. “I just think it’s funny how men can dribble a ball and cash $30 million checks without anyone calling that lame,” she said. “But if a woman builds a business from nothing and earns more than some MVPs, suddenly it’s a moral crisis.”
She didn’t stop there: “They love to act like it’s all smoke and mirrors, but no one was handing me a contract, a trainer, and a brand deal at 19.”
