When Tully Lewis spoke with Fork in the Road about her plans to open her eponymous gluten-free bakery, trademark infringement wasn’t exactly on her agenda. But it looks like it was on someone else’s: According to the bakery’s Facebook page, Lewis has been forced to change the name to Tu-Lu’s Gluten-Free Bakery. Apparently, the cups brewed by Tully’s Coffee do not runneth over with the milk of human kindness.
