Here we have the TV on the Radio luminary tackling what he acknowledges is many folks’ favorite Talking Heads song — an underrated first-dance-at-your-wedding number, really — in a characteristically yelp-y, jittery, anxiety-ridden style (those high notes are tough). But the result, as captured by the Elliot Arnow-hosted Our Show, is rather sweet and serene nonetheless, the backing band playing with way more grace than you’d imagine a bunch of guys who call themselves Harsh Toke would be willing to provide. Kyp really should’ve danced with a lamp, though.
