Beneath the broth, golden-edged chunks of roasted king oyster mushrooms float among tender snow peas. Odd bits of winter melon and parsnips also swim in the bowl, allowing the dish to behave like a vegetarian oyster pan roast. Order a side of the faintly-scented coconut rice to sop up the remnants of sauce and congratulate yourself for ordering such a hearty vegetarian meal.
