The Village Voice is seeking a copy chief. We're looking for someone with excellent copyediting skills as well as the ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure. Responsibilities include managing part-time copy editors and proofreaders, tracking copy flow, and releasing files to production. We use Macintosh InCopy and InDesign; familiarity with both programs is helpful.
