The Purina One Cat Cafe — a pop-up coffee shop-like space where customers can hang out with and generally enjoy the company of cats, without any of the litter box clean-up — is seemingly a hit with New Yorkers, who have been crowding the space at 168 Bowery. The cats come from North Shore Animal League on Long Island and they’re up for adoption. Meow’s the time to visit the cat cafe, as it’s only open through Sunday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
