Anti-Flag

by

One of the more politically inclined bands to emerge from the late ’90s W,arped Tour circuit, PA punks Anti-Flag fought fascism, racism, and police brutality through their brand of ska-inflected anarchy, though they eventually signed to RCA. Their watershed moment, 2009’s The People Or the Gun, proved that Anti-Flag could get mad as well as get even, still finding fault in America’s corporate greed and hegemony while writing their punchiest fodder yet. Bernie Madoff should so take heed from “The Economy Is Suffering. . . Let It Die.” With the Menzingers and Outernational.
