More than a decade after his hit “Babylon” laid the groundwork for sensitive-dude strummers like John Mayer and Ray LaMontagne, it’s hard to get too excited about David Gray, the English folk-rock mainstay whose sturdy if unremarkable catalog keeps growing nonetheless.
