HANDMADE HOLIDAYS

by

After the commercial madness of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the decidedly earthy BUST Magazine Craftacular comes as a breath of fresh air to holiday shoppers. With 300 vendors offering handmade and homemade items, there’s a craft here for everyone on your list. Food trucks offering tasty selections, a meet-and-greet book signing by actress Amy Sedaris, and music provided by Shirley Braha, producer and creator of the indie music show New York Noise, ensure that the fun goes beyond shopping. If you’re still not convinced, know that the Craftacular is partaking in the holiday spirit of giving by collecting coats and raising money for the charity organization New York Cares. If you love free stuff (and who doesn’t?) be sure and get there early, as the first 500 shoppers will receive a swag bag full of goodies from the event’s sponsors!
