The Queensboro Bridge is going to be jam-packed today with wife-beater-wearing dudes and girls in short shorts and platforms heading to Pier 54 to catch a set by the globe-trotting house mixer DJ Paul Van Dyk. The German spinner recently released his 10th effort—Cream Ibiza—which should give fans reason to excitedly jump and wave their glowsticks around all night. Webster Hall hosts the after-party with a lineup that includes DJ Avery, DJ Sean Sharpe, DJ Chikkitin, DJ DAM, and VJ Jordan Laws. If saving money is your thing, free-roaming pandas will be getting their freak on at the street party Pandamonium in Union Square, which includes free beer and costumed dancers doing battle and simply behaving as if they’ve lost their minds. At 4:30, Hudson River Park’s Pier 54, between West and 13th streets, 917-723-9381, $40; at 8:30, Pandamonium, Union Square, free; at 10, Paul Van Dyk after-party, Webster Hall, 125 East 11th Street, $20
