Comedian Hasan Minhaj is the last corespondent hired by Jon Stewart before he announced he was leaving The Daily Show.
In this episode of This Is Stand-Up, Minhaj performs his solo show, “Homecoming King,” directed by Greg Walloch at Upright Citizens Brigade.
His show chronicles his experiences as a first-generation Indian-American growing up in Davis, California, and his memorable experience auditioning for Stewart.
Minhaj will take his one-man show Off-Broadway later this year.
