Michael Feinstein and Linda Eder

In his continuing devotion to pairing himself with other top-flight supper-club and general showbiz names, Michael Feinstein has now got Linda Eder, a clear-voiced and sometimes dramatic thrush, at his side. The show’s called, innocuously enough, “Two for the Road,” which implies that the marvy Johnny Mercer/Henry Mancini song for the great Stanley Donen/Audrey Hepburn/Albert Finney film will surely be sung. Look for his ad-libs to be funnier than hers, but the chanting by both should be on a lofty level.
