If you’ve never seen a performance in Horse Trade’s intimate 32-seat theater the Red Room, this month will likely be your last chance. An East Village home for some of the most out-there performers for the past 15 years, it will soon be closing its doors for good. In its honor, there will be tribute shows throughout March. One not to miss is The Pumpkin Pie Show: RIP Red Room, a night of Clay McLeod Chapman’s wickedly good, well-crafted tales that he performs with the equally charismatic Hanna Cheek. The show is a part of a double bill that begins with “Commencement,” a tale of three women who bond after a tragedy at a high school.
