It’s Friday. Time to start drinking…or at least thinking about it.
Today is the last day to get the (slightly) cheap(er) tickets to the New York Wine Expo, February 27-March 1 at the Javits Convention Center. Attendees will get access to 170 wine samples and one of those cheesy wine-tasting souvenir glasses.
In case you didn’t catch on via Top Chef, next Tuesday is Mardi Gras. Jimmy’s No. 43 (43 East 7th Street) and Acme Bar & Grill (9 Great Jones Street) are some of the places having parties and drink specials.
