Ingredients: Two to three slices of fresh watermelon, 1 ounce vodka, 1 ounce citrus vodka, 1 teaspoon lime juice, one fresh mint leaf
The process:
-Puree watermelon and mint in a blender and strain.
-Pour 2 ounces of the watermelon puree into a shaker and add vodka, citrus vodka, and lime juice.
-Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a cube of watermelon.
