The Meatpacking District’s Bill’s Bar & Burger is opening a Rockefeller Center outpost, offering the same smashed Pat LaFrieda burgers as at the original. [Time Out]
The Upper East Side is getting a new Korean-accented spot with Helen’s Rice and Noodles. Expect $9 lunch boxes, bibimbap, and japchae, as well as ramen and sushi. [Midtown Lunch]
The Atlantic Grill has debuted in the space formerly occupied by O’Neals on the Upper West Side. It boasts two bars, a separate sushi bar, and 290 seats. [Eater]
The new incarnation of Caffé on the Green in Bayside is Valentino’s on the Green, named for Rudolph Valentino, who once lived there. [NY Mag]
