A sad chapter in Australian history has come to a close. Sarah May Ward, a former model who drove into and killed a man who threw cheeseballs at her car has been sentenced to 25 years in prison, reports the Telegraph.
A jury was told that Ward had drunk two bottles of wine and had taken cannabis, ecstasy, and valium before getting behind the wheel.
The cheeseball-throwing had been intended as a joke.
So much waste, really, in this world.
